Inaugural Meet-the-Professor Webinar

The ASBMR held its inaugural Meet-the-Professor (MTP) webinar on Thursday, December 3. ASBMR member Dr. Elizabeth Shane presented on the topic of how to diagnose, evaluate and manage osteoporosis in premenopausal women.

The topic was selected by the ASBMR Education Committee from among the most popular of the MTPs presented at the ASBMR 2009 Annual Meeting. The webinar was supported by an educational grant from Merck & Co., Inc. and provided one hour of free CME credit. The response from this webinar was remarkable, with 221 registrants, 109 of which participated in the live event.
